I am in REPs – will I still get my REPs payment on the land I plant?
Land planted with an Afforestation Grant is not eligible for a REPs payment. If you are in REPs and intend to plant some land with an Afforestation Grant you must inform the Department of Agriculture of any change in your REPs plan within six weeks of the completion of planting. If you do not inform the Department within this time period a penalty situation may arise.
Any proposed change in your REPs plan should be discussed with your REPs planner well in advance.
